How to Name Your Business

With several entrepreneurial projects under my belt, I get asked this question many, many times:

It can be intimidating and boggling to try and come up with a unique, catchy name for a business, band, blog, or series. Sometimes it's so overwhelming, you may not know where to begin. If you're me, you may desperately try and cling to an alliterative title (I'm veering away from that, but I can't lie, it was fun). Maybe you look for something that rhymes, or something punny.

Well, don't fret. You don't have to use alliteration, and you can still have a super sweet business name. I put together a video the other day with my laptop built-in camera (read: nothing fancy) to help you with just that.

When my new Etsy shop launches soon, you'll hear all about the process for how I came up with the name--it's probably my favorite one to date. Other than that, I've named a podcast (Nerd Novice), blog (Rental Revival), music project (DRUMS+), a few friends' projects, and some projects at work. Now I love naming my business endeavors!
