Megan & Nick Kuhar are both percussionists, technology specialists, and educators.

Nick is the Chair and co-founder of the Film Department at St. Edward High School. In the past year, Nick has coached several St. Edward film students into renowned film schools (New York University, University of Southern California), and has served as the producer, director, and editor of Razzle Dazzle: a short documentary that features the all-special needs cast of Beck Center's annual "Razzle Dazzle" musical review (Fall 2016). He's also the drummer and co-founder of local Cleveland band The Commonwealth.

Megan is an Assistant Professor of Music Technology at the Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music, where she studied Percussion and Arts Management as an undergraduate. She previously taught Audio Engineering at Cuyahoga Community College, and received her Master's in Music Technology from The University of Akron with a focus in social media marketing for musicians.

heypoletti! was formed out of Megan's own heypoletti! recordings LLC, which was founded in 2010 as an on-location audio recording company. Throughout the years, it has evolved into what it is today: equal parts production company, collaborative media group, and educational resources for creatives.
